Resident On-site Support
Supportive Housing
Supporting You. Connecting You. Empowering You.
The Resident Services Coordinator team works to enhance housing stability, promote resident self-sufficiency, and strengthen community engagement across CHDC sites. Through strategic partnerships and targeted support, we connect residents to vital resources and opportunities that improve overall quality of life.
Interested in Supporting our Efforts?
We welcome collaboration with community organizations, businesses, and individual donors who share our commitment to supporting residents and strengthening neighborhoods.
Host On-Site Workshops: Partner with our team to provide educational sessions, resource fairs, or awareness campaigns that empower residents.
Sponsor or Donate Supplies: Contribute essential items such as household goods, hygiene products, school supplies, or event materials that directly benefit families and seniors in our communities.
Collaborate on Outreach Efforts: Join us in bringing valuable programs and resources to residents through joint initiatives and service partnerships at our locations.
To learn more about partnership opportunities or donation needs, please contact Tabitha Gonzalez, Supportive Housing Program Manager.
Together, we can create lasting impact and improve the lives of those we serve.
