Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County, in partnership with the City of San José, invites the community to celebrate the grand opening of the Gardner Community Center on Thursday, August 6, 2026, from 5:30–7:30 p.m. at 520 W. Virginia Street, San José. Enjoy refreshments, tour the new center, meet community partners, and learn about the programs and services available for local residents. Free and open to the public.

The Guadalupe Washington Neighborhood Association, in partnership with Catholic Charities of Santa Clara County's Washington United Youth Center (WUYC), invites you to join us for an evening of community, connection, and fun!

National Night Out is a wonderful opportunity to meet your neighbors, connect with local organizations and public safety partners, and celebrate the strength of our community. Together, we're building safer neighborhoods and stronger relationships.

This signature event directly benefits children, youth, and families in Santa Clara County.

The inaugural “Toss for a Cause” Cornhole Tournament was first held in April, 2022 and has raised over a $130,000 for children, youth and family programs in Santa Clara County. This family-friendly event can also be used as an opportunity to bond with your colleagues or network with a new community while at the same time supporting our underserved youth and neighbors. Guests will be able to play cornhole, taste craft beer, have some good food, and take in sites from North America's largest outdoor bar. “Toss for a Cause” will continue to be a great success, and we hope you can join us next year!
